Returns & Refund Policy

 

  1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

  1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

  1. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Limited Edition Collections are not eligible for returns, all purchases are final.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.

  1. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

  1. Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. We will ship the exchanged item to you using the same shipping method as your original order.

However, Limited Edition items cannot be exchanged once purchased.

  1. Refund Exceptions

In certain circumstances, refunds may not be granted or may be subject to additional restocking fees. These circumstances include:

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items that are damaged or not in their original condition
  • Returns received after the specified return period.
