We offer standard shipping via Bluedart/DHL for all orders unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Rates may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

  1. Free Shipping

Some items will be eligible for free shipping and that will be mentioned in the checkout page.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

  1. Shipping Timeframes
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary based on factors beyond our control.
  1. International Shipping

We will offer international shipping. The shipping costs will be billed in actuals through a separate note via email.

If applicable, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping carriers will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the package, a delivery attempt notice will be left, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up the package from the carrier’s local facility.

  1. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. We reserve the right to refuse shipping or cancel orders for items that cannot be shipped to the specified address.
