Our biggest asset is our talented artisan family, and our priority is their health and welfare. Fair wages, profit sharing, private medical insurance, paid vacation time have always been a part of our commitment to the artisan families. Some of them have been with us for several decades, which in itself is a testament to our holistic approach. Further, we are the only handblock print studio in India to have the NEST Ethical Artisan Seal of compliance.

As a woman-led space, gender equality has been a key value since the beginning, and has very naturally been part of our ethos and culture.
